:: Accommodation ::
Accommodation will be reserved by the Organisers in hotels/guest
houses as per the request made by the delegates in their respective
Registration Forms. While efforts will be made to reserve
accommodation as per the request, this may not always be possible
(accommodation will be on first-come-first-served basis). For this
purpose, all delegates are requested to indicate the name of the
hotel/guest house which is their first choice and the hotel category
(I/II/III) in which he/she may be booked, if accommodation in the
preferred hotel/guest house is not available. In all cases, the
delegates must settle their bills directly.
For any accommodation related queries, delegates are requested to
