:: Accommodation ::
Accommodation will be reserved by the Organizers in hotels/guest
houses as per requests made by the delegates in their respective
Registration Forms. While efforts will be made to reserve the
requested accommodation, this may not always be possible
(accommodation is restricted and will be allotted on first-come-firstserved
basis). For this reason, all delegates are requested to indicate
the name of the hotel/guest house which is their first choice and the
hotel category (I/II/III) in which he/she may be booked, if
accommodation in the preferred hotel/guest house is not available. In
all cases, the delegates must settle their bills directly.
For any accommodation related queries, delegates are requested to
contact Chairman, Accommodation and Transport Committee. A list
