- Started by Late Dr. Baldev Raj, Former President, IIM in 2006 during Diamond Jubilee year of IIM, with M/s Universities Press as partner, with number of books have been co-published by CRC Press, USA.
- Later from 2016, the book series is under MoU between IIM and M/s Springer, and publishes Books, Monographs & Proceedings, after peer review.
- So far 16 (11+5) Books have been published under the Series, 3 are in pipeline, and many are under preparation and discussion stages
